August 2017 | Fanfiction celebrates storytelling and its power to consume us whole. We approached over 40 storytellers and asked them to reimagine some of their favourite stories in pop-culture stories through art.

Kult Magazine’s 22nd issue was also a partnership with the Organisation of Illustrators Council and was conceived specially for the Illustration Arts Fest 2017. The issue featured artists from OIC alongside other local and international names.
Today, stories come alive through books, films, the news and games. And somehow, narratives we connect with become accessible points of departure as we formulate our own stories. This issue is a visual book of what-ifs and could-have-beens of original stories you know and love. Turn the pages to satiate your imagination.
